In Buenos Aires, business chambers grouping bus companies are set to sign a wage agreement following a commitment from the Ministry of Economy. The Ministry has agreed to incorporate the full cost of the salary increases for drivers into the sector's funding. Sources close to the negotiation confirmed this development.

The increase requested by the UTA union, which is expected to be officially approved, includes the following steps: 1.4% in January, 1.3% in February, and 1.3% in March. These incremental raises aim to support the workforce amidst economic conditions.
